Before accessing the application you must accept that you understand how the application works, which details that:
- This application obtains PUBLIC DNIe data using NFC technology.
- Authorization from the competent body (CNP and FNMT) is not necessary to access DNIe data, you simply have to be the holder of the document.
- This application is NOT an Official application, nor is there any Official application for reading the DNIe.

To proceed with the use of the Application, the User must voluntarily consult their identity document through NFC and all the personal data stored in said document will be obtained. These data will NOT be incorporated into any automated medium and the collection, storage, modification, structuring and, where appropriate, elimination, of the data obtained by the Users, are SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY their responsibility. It is a tool for consulting personal data that is physically stored on the identity card and that uses as support the SDK freely provided by the National Police Corps (CNP) and the National Currency and Stamp Factory (FNMT). The developer of this software does not collect, process or store any data. The user's interaction through the application is solely and exclusively direct with the source (DNIe Electronic Document that the user must physically possess before being able to make the query). No queries are made with external data sources and no personal data is stored outside the device, with the user being solely responsible for the custody of the device. The application has the option to "delete" the data stored on the phone for greater user security. Simply deleting the application erases all stored data from the device.

This is an application for personal use that has been developed from freely distributed modules (SDK) of the FNMT and provided by the CNP. In turn, the software uses the storage capacity on the user's own device. In no case and under no circumstances will the developers have access to the data indicated, obtained or stored by users on their devices. The developers are not responsible in any case for the loss or accidental deletion of data obtained by users. Nor is it responsible for the perfect functioning of all the functions of the application at all times and for any device since the application is under continuous development.

The personal data provided by the User only resides on the User's mobile device and is processed ONLY to display it on the screen and is stored locally on the phone.

The source of information to which you have access is the physical DNIe of which the user must be the owner.

At no time is any government service accessed or any data compared or consulted through an external source, nor is the data obtained stored outside the phone.

This application is NOT an Official CNP or FNMT application and does not represent any government entity, nor does it simulate or impersonate any government entity with the aim of deceiving the user.
