CAREDEN is a consumer support site for bodywork repairers in the context of so-called “non-insurance” auto body damage, reinforced by an innovative application that uses image recognition for the cost estimate and the services offered by the repairer in order to meet very precisely the expectations of the consumer exactly at the moment of the intention.

It is the first digital car-staging solution, applied to the automobile, based on artificial intelligence; advice and support in so-called "aesthetic" auto body repair or repair of damage following a small collision ("excluding insurance" or lower cost or around the deductible) and putting in contact with the repairer.

CAREDEN offers without obligation and without laborious recording, to carry out in real time an estimate of repair costs based on the simple sending of a photo of the damage.

This estimate takes the form of two to three personalized estimates according to the hourly rates of body shops geolocated around the place of request.

Sorted and selected by CAREDEN according to a rigorous charter, these approved repairers then offer their agenda online so that the driver can, on his own initiative and if he so decides, choose the bodybuilder and the niche to entrust his vehicle for repair.

The repairer registered beforehand, records his hourly prices, availability and the services he wishes to offer to the consumer.

Use :

Via the application or the site, the user first provides the reason for his request; bodywork shock, LLD or LOA restitution, renovation, broken glass, appraisal.

Then, the user has the choice to take a photo of the damage or to integrate it with the image file of his mobile or PC / MAC. Several damages can be added.

After validation, through image recognition, CAREDEN estimates the damage and figures them according to the algorithm based on the prices that the repairers have recorded.

A first choice is offered according to the closest, cheapest or best rated repairer and can be refined by expected service filters.

After validation by the repairer, the availability of intervention is offered so that the consumer can register for a time slot.

To finalize his process, an account opening is requested in order to complete his file and send the information to the repairer.

After validation, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the consumer and an informational email from a new customer is sent in parallel to the repairer.

Other support services for consumers are offered on the application such as links and advice for selling their vehicle, for maintaining it, information on the weather, on carrying out an amicable report, on safety. road, on the scale of distribution.

And for the repairer, the possibility of communicating and transmitting promotional offers.

The site offers the repairer a dashboard that allows him to follow the statistical development of the cases processed.

The consumer account also allows the latter to follow these files.
