Do you use Basecamp to manage your projects? We've been using it for over a decade and still keep falling in love with it whenever a new feature or change comes out.

Do you find yourself needing some basic, non-intrusive time tracking across your whole team? As a company with a number of internal and client projects, we've always needed some high-level time tracking either to accurately bill our clients, or to better estimate future projects, or to have a better insight into what projects take the most of our time.

There are a number of time tracking tools out there. We've tried most of them. You probably tried some of them too. Sadly, none of them have a true, seamless integration with Basecamp, majority of their user experience is cumbersome at best, they all seem to force features onto you that you don't need, they have irrational per-user pricing, and they all have questionable data privacy and protections.

TeamTime is our project to eliminate sadness and despair that creeped into our life after using some of the other time tracking tools that claim to integrate with Basecamp. Time tracking is somewhat against the Basecamp philosophy. But if we have to do it (and sometimes we do), the whole time tracking experience should resemble that of using Basecamp itself: the lightness and happiness of being.

We hope TeamTime addresses all of the above and more:

*** Smoothest integration with Basecamp: nothing to sync, nothing to configure — just sign in and start tracking time

*** Friendliest user experience: log the time when you need it logged with just a couple taps

*** Sane pricing: FREE for personal use or small teams (3 users, 3 projects), only $15/month flat for larger teams (unlimited users, unlimited projects)

*** Total security of your data: we store nothing from your Basecamp account, not even your project names. Everything you see comes live from the Basecamp API. We only store your time logs, linked to your Basecamp project ids.

We hope you'll love using TeamTime as much as we do, if you must track time, that is.

Best wishes!
