This app notices you the time-up by showing a cute animal character.

Enter the time, select an animal and press start button, and the animal will let you know the time has passed.

1. About the notification when being in another application
Android 10 or layer can't notify you of elapsed time when you are operating another application.
You'll be notified of passage of time by popup notification.

2. About the notification during long sleep
If a sleep more than 30 minutes occurs, it may not be possible to notify the elapsed time.

3. About ads
This app will show ads at the top of time selection screen and appear fullscreen ads when the timer starts.

I also use this app, it worked better than I expected.
In my case, I let my child choose a favorite character and say "If this character appears on the screen, lets go home."

After the character comes out, I only say to my child that the character says to you let's go home.
Now my child can understand that being going home with words, "select the character"
