All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Play Mafia v2 using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Mafia is a group game to be played with friends. The aim of the game is to either find and eliminate the mafias among you, or deceive your friends into believe that you are a civilian.

At the beginning of the game, you will be shown your types. The number of mafias is dependant on the number of players within the game. You will be shown how many mafias are in the game at the top of the screen.

Your type will determine your game strategy. After each round you will have the opportunity to vote who you believe to be the mafia. Pay attention to voting patters as this could usually be the biggest give away for a mafia.

The game will continue until it is a deadlock between the number of mafias and civilians, or you have successfully voted out all the mafias.
