If anything please download the app to geo tag dirty locations such as an illegal dump in the forest, an abandoned car or garbage in your city. We are blessed to have non for profit organizations such as the Okanagan Forest Task Force using the app to find illegal dump spots and clean them up. By simply tagging these spots you help identify where it is so it can get it cleaned. If you wish to finish the job Clean the Creek creates a nice photo collage and easily posts to your Facebook (optional), post on the app for Kudos and to your profile.

Illegal dumping takes many forms such as dumping yard waste in a near by ditch, abandoning a vehicle, bush partys or camping leftovers or dumping household or construction waste in the forest. In every case, something is being placed where it doesn’t belong.

Clean the Creek makes it easy for you tag dirty locations that allow yourself or others to then clean them. With the app you can follow others that clean up and easily post your finds or cleanups to Facebook. Clean the Creek gives users a simple interface to browse dirty locations around them using a list view showing the closest spots or a map view.

Once you have cleaned a location people can then give you Kudos for your job well done. Your profile shows all your places you have completed and the app send push notifications to you for new locations in your area, when your given kudos and much more.

Clean the Creek is a tool for tracking the good positive change your pressing forward with in the world. We want to see people using the App as commonly as a selfie but when someone see another person snapping a photo of dirty area they instantly feel good about what that person is doing.

The App can help organizations that do clean ups find illegal dumping areas. This App works offline as well so if your in the middle of no where you can take photos of a illegal dump and the photos will upload once your back in cell service or wifi.
