See where you are on CMU campus in real time and where all the buildings are that make it up. Be able to see where you on it as you walk around and which way you are facing with respect to it. Click on any of the building markers to see what the building name is and what its abbreviation is. Also see everything that the building has to offer in terms of departments, schools, and programs. Also get an idea of the resources available within it. Uses either your network or GPS providers to see where you currently are and constantly updates it. Use your devices sensors to see which way you are facing in relation to the buildings around you with their normal time delay. Disclaimer: currently uses Open Street Maps for the map based abilities so it is not expansive; also relies on magnetic north so directional facing is offset by about 6 degrees from true north. This is a prototype for a starting point so it is not completely perfect or reliable in all instances. Enjoy exploring Central Michigan University and seeing all it has to offer.
