Step By Step Guide To Install Platelet Counter using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Platelet counter is an application aimed at medical and veterinary students who work with laboratory blood analysis.
Our goal is to facilitate the work of these professionals.

1) Count platelets in 10 random smear fields (with good cell distribution).

2) Average the sum of the platelets of these 10 fields.

3) Multiply the average number of platelets per field by the factor. The multiplication factor will depend on the type of microscope used for counting. In this App this correction factor is 20,000.
