Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoyevsky was one of the greatest Russian writers and among the best international writers, and his works have had a profound and lasting impact on literature of the twentieth century. His characters are always in the extreme states of despair and on the edge of the abyss, and his novels contain a deep understanding of the human soul and also provide insightful analysis of the political, social and spiritual state of Russia at that time. Many of his well-known works are an inspiration to contemporary thought and literature. Dostoyevsky was arrested and sent to prison on April 23, 1849, as a member of the Free Thinking Group. After the revolution in 1848 in Europe the czar was "Nicholas Tsar, dry and rough in dealing with any groups operating in secret, which he felt could threaten the individual rule dealt with. On November 16 of that year, Dostoyevsky was with him and the rest of the members of the group" Petrachevsky Service were sentenced to death. After a false execution, during which Dostoyevsky and the rest of the members stood outside in a freezing atmosphere, waiting for the death squad to rule. Dostoyevsky’s death sentence changed to four years of exile with hard work - in addition to conscription four years, but after 8 months Baron interceded him for the emperor until he was promoted to an officer and then to a second lieutenant restoring the rights of nobility but he was not allowed to go to the two capitals Saint Petersburg and Moscow - In Caturja prison, in Omsk county, Siberia ,. Years later, Dostoyevsky explained to his brother the suffering he had experienced when he was "closing the coffin." He described to him the dilapidated military barracks, which he also described with his words when he wrote "It was supposed to be destroyed years ago." Dostoevsky died in 1813, and about thirty thousand people walked to his funeral.
