Always on Display is very useful that takes advantage of your device display and shows info on-screen with the device is locked and not being actively used. View notifications when busy or in dark without touching your device such as missed calls, upcoming alarms, text messages, emails, calendar events, etc.

The application is energy efficient and uses the most effective methods to accomplish always on purpose, like keeping all the unused pixels of display off and in that way achieves very low power consumption. Zero light will emit from pixels that are not being used when locked the entire screen will look completely black while the information area will be lit.
