about MyGurdian

In an emergency situation, the myGuardian app is the fast assistant at your side. First of all, the app shows you the correct emergency number for the country you are in. This can be particularly important when traveling abroad where you do not immediately know the emergency number.
In addition, when you start the myGuardian app, your GPS coordinates are also detected and displayed in addition to your current address. This can be communicated to the local rescue service in the form of latitude and longitude during a telephone call. This enables the emergency services to
find you more quickly.
If the situation permits, the app also provides you with assistance in carrying out first aid measures (chest compressions with sound).

However, in an emergency, the first few seconds before the emergency services can arrive are often extremely important. Getting the right rescue equipment in just a few seconds can mean the difference between life and death. Be it a lifebuoy or an automatic defibrillator.
Therefore, every time the app is started, myGuardian automatically checks whether there is an automatic rescue drone nearby and shows which rescue equipment is available. With just one click you can call this rescue drone directly to you. In just a few seconds, the alerted rescue drone will be hovering above you. You can then initiate further rescue steps via the
myGuardian app in coordination with the connected drone pilot.

Additional functions:
If an area operator (hotel/beach/bathing lake/concert) offers a local rescue service (e.g. Lifeguard) in your current area, you can also alert them directly via the myGuardian app. To do this, log in in advance using the QR code displayed on or in the area and the local emergency service number will
be displayed in the app.

The myGuardian app is and remains free to enable quick, no-cost rescues.
The app is financed exclusively through embedded advertising banners. These are displayed on the location page. The page also shows additional valuable information (heat index, UV index, if activated water temperature and flag status) about the area you are staying in.
