Program rules: before starting workouts, perform a test. The test is to determine what maximum push-ups you can do at a time. Now, based on the test result, select a program and start training. Press the button after each approach to call the timer for rest (rest the recommended time or change according to your feelings). Observe the regimen of rest and proper nutrition.

Example: in the test you did 10 push-ups. Choose a program 9-11 times from the list. Do not forget to rest 2 days after the test for recovery.
