reprocessing or re-work at the processing industries.
This application works with 20 trained Artificial Neural Networks. These networks are trained using the
real world experimental / industrial data. The user has to input the reflectance values of the dyed fabrics
acquired from the spectrophotometer along with the type and concentration of color and finishes to get
the outputs. The outputs are the Delta color coordinates of the finished fabrics. The prediction of color
before the application of finish can bring many fruitful results for the expert personnel working in the
textile wet processing area. Moreover, chances of error re processing and rework can be reduced.
