FAQs
Can Bonum Health handle emergency situations?
Unfortunately, Bonum Health is not a replacement for emergency situations. Bonum Health is designed to handle non-emergency medical issues. You should NOT use telehealth if you are experiencing a medical emergency. Please call 911 and get an immediate help for your health complaints.
Do I need to have health insurance to use Bonum Telehealth services?
We do not accept insurance at this time. All services rendered are cash pay only. We have a monthly subscription option to use our telehealth services up to 3 times a month, or you can request a one-time consultation and simply pay per-consult.
Will I see the same doctor if I request more than one visit?
We offer a large provider network for hour flexibility and convenience to our patients. For this reason, you may not see the same provider twice. However, after each consultation, the provider you speak with will notate your conditions and treatment, so the next provider is informed of your current and past conditions.
