In this post, I am going to show you how to install GDSA Tracker - Trainers App on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Step By Step Guide To Install GDSA Tracker - Trainers App using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

The GDSA Trainers app was designed to help you manage your sessions on the go. Schedule a session, report a session and keep track of all your training data on mobile. It’s easier and seamless.

Key Features

Schedule a session: Schedule a training session before the training date. Select New Session on the app or click on the + button. Fill the form as you would on the web portal and schedule the session.

Accept sessions assigned - If you have been assigned a session, you are required to either accept or reject the session to indicate your availability

Report a training: You can either report a session as held or not held directly on the app. Alternatively he/she can choose to report via the web portal. (The benefit of this would be to submit additional pictures taken by a separate camera). If reporting directly from the App, you can choose to record a video or take more photos, other than the clock in photo, or add more photos from your phone before you submit the session as a report.

Clock in and clock out: Trainers are required to clock in at the start of their sessions, which involves clicking on the ‘clock in’ button and also taking a photo of the room they are about to train. The camera will only allow this photo for 30 seconds after the trainer has clocked in.
At the end of the session, the trainer is required to clock out as well and also take a picture of the end of the session. These images must be clear.

Offline Feature: The offline feature only works for clocking in, reporting and clocking out. Reports submitted in the offline mode should be uploaded online when a network connection is available.

View Calendar: The app features new screens that allow you to see your calendar for the day, year or month.

You also get notifications of any training progress from within the app.
