BizWorld .guru is a new collectible card game for mobile devices and desktops made by the CTIG team, and is a true-to-life simulation of business environment. Game mechanics are based on the experience of doing business from the perspective of team and event management. We tried our best to make them life-like and logical; they are easily understood by business sharks as well as by the newcomers who are just joining in. The player’s goal is to build a company’s team and a system of management capable of capturing a larger part of the market in a few "business seasons". It is acquired through a competitive activity against a real-life opponent.

There are two types of cards: employee cards and action cards.

Employee cards increase your company’s market power and could have some extra abilities. They may increase or decrease other employees’ market power or salary, give opportunity to take additional cards from the deck, etc. Abilities of these cards can affect either you or your opponent.

Any staff member of your company can have a hobby, and if you gather three or more employees with the same hobby, they will receive a bonus to their market power by becoming a more united team.

Action cards do not have their own market power, but they affect the situation on the market.

Mind that you’ll have to think strategically and choose cards carefully from the start. For the duel, you use a deck of 39 cards (26 employee cards and 13 action cards). Before you start the duel, you can rearrange your cards to make exactly the deck you need for your winning strategy.

Remember that each employee card has a profession and it can be placed only within an appropriate department. If the department doesn’t have enough space, the card goes into the freelancer section. The more employees are there in a department, the higher is the market power bonus they receive.

Employee cards come in three classes of rarity: regular, rare and unique. Rare and unique cards have special qualities. For example, rare cards are protected from the negative actions performed by your opponent, and unique cards are not taken into account when it comes to size limits of a certain department.
