the Secure Records Online System (SORAYA) application is a service system that utilizes information technology that guarantees the availability of electronic documents for incoming and outgoing letters in the Subdivision of the Head of Creative Economy Agency.
The SORAYA application can be accessed by the related administrative sub-sections via smart phones. Archiving of incoming and outgoing letters which has been done conventionally in the form of recording in the agenda book and archiving of hardcopy copies in the filing cabinet. Through this application system, it is expected that the arrangement of archives in the form of incoming and outgoing letters has a more controlled storage. Every archive that enters or exits the Head of Creative Economy Agency's Business Administration subsection will be given a unique code in the form of a QRcode label as a marker that can be monitored by the Head of Sub Unit of Head of Administration.
