WHY GRATITUDE?
Even when there’s ~good~ happening around us, it is easier to notice the negative. Why? Neuroscientists have found that “negative bias” is deeply rooted in human biology: Our early ancestors had to notice the Bad Things (predators! threats! natural hazards!) to survive.
With gthx, you make visible what you value. Just because negative bias is in you, it doesn’t have to BE you. You can trigger your positive emotions, so you don’t get triggered by your negative ones. The power to shift your life towards the positive is within you right now.
