Mastering the language of dialogue: language is of great importance in a person’s life, because 80% of his day is based on the spoken word with others, as it is issued in many ways and methods, such as interpretation or persuasion, issuing orders, directing advice, and other ways of communicating verbally with a person. Others, and the more proficient a person is in using language, or expressing what he thinks clearly and precisely, the more successful and influential he is in others. Tact in conversation: Tact depends on the selection of the appropriate subject in the conversation, as drawing the attention of the other party to the conversation depends primarily on the extent of its interest in the topic that was raised in that session. It is also tactful to choose the correct beginning for dialogue, and avoid the usual words, such as asking about the case, for example, the other party is waiting for something exciting and this exciting thing can be known if the speaker knows the interests of the listener and his inclinations, and the things he prefers to talk to others. Control the conduct of conversations: A person can increase his ability to influence others and control the conversation and direct its course in his favor, if he can understand human behavior, and discover the reasons behind the words and actions of others, and if he can analyze these actions and words, to know the motivations that drive them to do so all These things make a person more in control of the course of the conversation, more tactful and able to speak in front of others with confidence.
