In this post, I am going to show you how to install Acupuncture AR - Augmented Reality & ATLAS on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. Step By Step Guide To Install Acupuncture AR - Augmented Reality & ATLAS using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Acupuncture AR - Augmented Reality & ATLAS" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Acupuncture AR is the world's unique augmented reality app which permit you to localize and visualize acupuncture points live on the human body with your smartphone's camera.

Created for students and practitioners to help to localize acupuncture points on the human body. The major innovation is the functionality of Augmented Reality to localize and visualize the area pf acupuncture points on the human body live through the phone camera. (Of course it doesn't replace palpation).

The application is based on a ATLAS of acupuncture points informations(360 points, location, puncture, actions/functions) with advanced search points functionality.
170 points are currently visualizable in Augmented Reality directly on the human body. (we add more points at each update).

Features of the application :
★ Augmented reality, visualize the location of acupuncture points live on the human body.
170 points viewable : Face, Back, Belly /Chest.
★ Points of the 12 main meridians + Méridians Governing Vessels and Conceptor. (360 points).
★ ATLAS for points informations : Location, Action TCM, indication, puncture) and location of points in image.
★ Search points by meridian, and search points according to their names (nomenclatures: Pinyin, International, European).
★ Add points in Favorite and access them from the menu.

- Compatible with mobiles and tablets that have at least 2 GB of RAM (or more) and minimum Android 7.0 (Nougat).
- The application requires ARCore service for augmented reality experience, to install before using AR Acupuncture.
