Communities throughout the East Kalimantan Region can report various matters related to the main tasks and functions of the Prosecutor's Office in the field of law enforcement and services to the community.

This online-based complaint service system is an implementation of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. Law Number 25 of 2009 obliges the state to serve every citizen and resident to fulfill their basic rights and needs within the framework of public services which are mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

The presence of the East Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office e-Lapdu facilitates justice seekers to submit their complaint reports because they do not need to come all the way to the East Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office to complain about legal issues as well as service and institutional performance.
