Principle of operation:
For example, at any contact (with friends, family members, neighbors, work colleagues), users of the system carry out a mutual exchange of “Health Visas” - confirm to each other that they are epidemiologically healthy.
With each exchange of “health visas”, users accumulate “health” points: for the last 24, 48, 72 hours and so on, which are analyzed by the system and form a “passing” ball, which is converted into a color mark (tolerance):
-red (danger of infection);
yellow (middle level);
-green (no danger of infection).
For example, with a yellow code you can walk along the street, but you can not ride the subway. With a red code - urgently need to see a doctor, etc.
