In this post, I am going to show you how to install BizkaiUp – Bizkaia en tu móvil on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Step By Step Guide To Install BizkaiUp – Bizkaia en tu móvil using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. BizkaiUp is an application from the Provincial Council of Bizkaia that allows you to access the most relevant information about Bizkaia. It has a notification service with which to stay up to date with new developments and a point of contact with Citizen Services. Now, more than ever, the activity of Bizkaia is closer to those seeking to enjoy our territory.

Access our new Citizen Service service. In this section you can make inquiries, find telephone numbers of interest and request prior appointments. Manage your previous appointments with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia from your mobile.

Our apps where you will access all the available applications that the Provincial Council of Bizkaia currently has, all the information in the palm of your hand.

New, more intuitive home and new “My Space” section where you will be able to set sections as favorites so that you can access them much faster and make access easier.
If you have requested an appointment in our appointment section, you will also be able to see a summary with the basic information of your appointments.

At Bizkaup we care about accessibility, thanks to the black and white our interface is more readable. Bizkaiup now available in light mode and dark mode.

It is very easy, you just have to use the Bak or BakQ system that you already know, after which you will be able to access advanced services with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia.
