In 2015, Rui Veiga faced the same problem in the city of Leiria: the absence of a reference barbecue that offered a distinct service and a tasty product.
After a long study, Rui Veiga and partner Pedro Braga opened, in March 2018, a take-away franchise from Churrasqueira da Várzea. The basis for this decision was simple: the product is great and the service is unique - something that the city of Leiria needs.



The purpose of Churrasqueira da Várzea Leiria is clear: to make the most delicious barbecue chicken and spare ribs available.

We believe that the origin of the products makes the difference. For that reason, we only use 100% organic Portuguese food.
