It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

BlockApps enables you to block individual apps or multiple apps at a time by creating blocking profiles. Select a group of apps that you'd like to block from the list of apps on your phone. This app can also be used by concerned parents who would like to limit and control their kids' phone usage using 'Strict Mode.'
What is the Strict Mode?
The strict mode serves as a parental lock that works on further enforcing the blocking of apps. It is a premium feature that can only be accessed by pro users. The strict mode works on top of profiles and individual apps the user has blocked.
Once the strict mode is switched on, the user cannot.

Access the phone settings.
Access the app blocker app.
To unlock BlockApps, the user will have to enter a secure PIN set up before enabling strict mode. Only then can the user access the app and switch off strict mode.
What happens if you forget your PIN?
Don't worry! BlockApps will let the user set up a recovery method in which he/she will have to enter their email id and verify. In case the user forgets the pin, an OTP will be sent to this email id, and by entering the OTP, the user can access the app.

Quick Mode
This mode will block your apps indefinitely without setting any conditions. It will block your apps on the spot without an end date.
Usage Limit
This mode lets the user block an app or a group of apps by the time spent on them. Users can block by minutes spent in an hour or hours spent in a day. The user can schedule it by selecting days in a week
Time Intervals
By selecting this, the user can block apps from opening during a specific time of day. This feature can also be used to create a usage schedule where the user can only use their favorite apps during a particular period in a day.
Number of Launches
Users can block an app or a group of apps by the no of launches in a day or hour.
Block Notifications(PRO Only)
The block notification feature will block all incoming notifications when enabled and store them within the app. The user can tap on the bell icon at the top right of the top bar to access all blocked notifications.

Blocking Profiles
With blocking profiles, the user can block multiple apps together by adding them to the profiles. Users can create specific profiles based on app categories such as social media, finance & games, etc. All the blocking mode will be as is. The user can activate or pause any profile at any time.
Website Blocker
Users can block distracting websites where they tend to spend a lot of time. You can block any website by a URL or a keyword in the URL.
App Usage Tracker
Users can find their phone and app usage information with metrics like time spent on device or app & the no of launches over a given period. The user can filter this data by time by using the time filter dropdown menu.
