Step By Step Guide To Install ICE - Emergency Info using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

ICE - In Case of Emergency🚑 Displays vital info about you & your contacts to rescuers in-case of an emergency. In case you meet with an unfortunate accident or get incapacitated & you are unable to respond to any assistance, the ICE app will act as a personal ID card revealing your personal information, medical issues & a list of emergency contacts. This information will show up as a fixed notification on your lock screen. No need to unlock!

You have to first create a profile with your personal information such as your name, Date of Birth, blood group and medical info, etc. You must then add a list of emergency contacts who can be contacted in case you meet with an accident🏥. You also have to specify the relationship your emergency contacts share with you.

And the ICE app will then show a fixed notification on your lock screen.

Personal ID card🧑
The ICE app serves as a personal ID card for you in a situation where you are unresponsive and need help. This app informs your rescuers of your identity and can help save your life in an emergency.

Fixed Lock Screen Notification
After you set up the app by creating a profile and adding a list of emergency contacts. The ICE app will show a notification on your lock screen, which can be expanded to reveal details about you.

Useful for Paramedics
ICE will list any medical issues you suffer from and any treatments you are currently undergoing within the notification. This helps in alerting the paramedics, doctors🩺 treating you and helps them create an appropriate course of action.

Schedule the Notification
The ICE app lets you schedule the notification to times of the day/week where you are the most at risk.

Emergency Contacts
Users can add upto three emergency contacts who can be contacted by your rescuers in case you meet with an accident.

Change Notification Icon
You have the option of changing the notification icon on your status bar for that added touch of customization.

Swipe to Dismiss
This feature is disabled by default. By enabling it, users can swipe to dismiss the ICE notification.
