In this post, I am going to show you how to install Moabi on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Moabi using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "Moabi" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

Everywhere on the planet, remarkable trees exist and live in cohabitation with humans. They are known or unknown to the citizens. Some, by their location, their essence or their size will never be threatened, others will not have this chance. To identify them is to offer them the opportunity to be protected as a common good to humanity.

MOABI® responds to this need to better know and preserve our heritage. The Planetary Garden School of Reunion Island wishes to offer citizens located in any territory the opportunity to participate in the preservation of their living heritage.

MOABI® is a mobile application designed by the Planetary Garden School of Reunion Island and developed by the company Runware® with the support of the Crédit Agricole Océan Indien Foundation, the Reunion National Park, the Garden of Eden and the Foundation Nature & Discoveries.

The purpose of the application is to accompany current inventories and to help those who wish to create others. MOABI® is an innovative tool to help manage living heritage. The database thus constituted will be able to feed any work of inventory of the living heritage, within public or private organizations.

MOABI® will include all the trees qualified as outstanding on a map, but also the most beautiful topics found by users that have been validated by the moderators of the application.

What is a remarkable tree?

Without qualification, the tree is first and foremost the symbol of life. Motionless, reflecting the passing of time, the tree is very often a landmark of a place, a square, a street, an avenue, a clearing. Inviting reverie, contemplation, respect, trees have a symbolic dimension, cultural worldwide. They are just a branch of biodiversity but reveal the richness of our heritage living in a given territory.

A remarkable tree is a tree that meets a set of criteria defined by the Directorate of Monuments and Sites. These criteria are botanical, aesthetic and cultural, and help to assess the heritage value of a tree. MOABI® proposes to reference trees on the basis of visual, cultural, botanical, historical criteria, but also on the current situation of the tree (Is it in danger?).
