Bin Datuk Ustaz Mohammad Kazim Elias was born in Kampung Paya, Batu Kurau, region Over, Silver on November 28 1972.Merupakan children from 9 to 7 on the brother and sister. Of couples Elias Bin Che Mat and Nazirah Binti Ismail that is, a religion teacher at the school in Batu Kurau.

His father was also a religious teacher died when he was 8 months old. According salasilah family, the two-second Dato and his grandmother is also a religion teacher active in the Batu Kurau around the beginning of 1900. Although it has been started preaching at the beginning of 1990, small piecemeal in the mosque-surau and madrasah, but the early preaching activity widespread acceptance when setting up a propaganda center named Sedaya Irham in 2001.
