Family Card (KK) is an important document that must be owned by Indonesian residents, especially those who are married. Family cards are mandatory documents for residents of Indonesia. A family card is an identity card for a family that contains important data, such as names, family composition, relationships, work of each family member, and other important information. Family cards are often used in administering important administration, such as making birth certificates, enrolling children in school, and making or changing ID cards. However, how do you make a KK if you are newly married, if a family member increases, one family member decreases (dies), even if the KK is lost or damaged? Based on Presidential Regulation No. 96 of 2018, the Issuance of CoW for Citizens of Indonesian Citizens consists of three, namely:

1. issuance of new KKs;

2. issuance of CoW due to changes in data; and

3. the issuance of Credit Card due to loss or damage.

Quoted from Perpres Number 96 of 2018 articles 12-13, there are several conditions that must be fulfilled by the applicant if he wants to replace the Family Card.
