The app lets you manage your monthly hours of work of employees artisans, professionals and employees.
The worker craftsman can define the identifying information of any of its employees and fill the hours even as these contribute to the total hours of work month. The freelancer and / or the employee introduranno in the database only their data.
For each day of work, you can enter the employee, the place or site where work was carried out (for the employee may correspond to the headquarters of their company or the customer's premises, if away), the number of hours, a short description of the activity, and any additional notes a possible reason for the absence.
For each month you can see directly to your device a draft summary report that exposes day, name, site / location, hours worked and the total of hours in the month.
Alternatively, the app provides a convenient function to send the data via email to a mail recipient that can be your gmail account (the one defined in the mobile device) or an alternative one. If you scegle this function, you can choose which report details see, for example, the work performed and / or the name of the worker, etc ...
The data sent by email are pre-formatted in CSV format. These data, copied and saved in the notepad window with the extension. Csv, can be automatically recognized by Microsoft Excel 2003 and later versions (except custom locale on your PC.). Excel automatically arranges fields in columns to obtain a tabular format customizable to suit you.
