The Flashcards app is the mobile counterpart to the flashcard functionality in Moodle. It enables flashcards to be used mobile and (after a first data download) offline. Learning results are synchronized with the mood server after each learning round. This allows Moodle to dynamically determine which learning cards should ideally be viewed by the student in the next learning round in order to achieve maximum learning success.

The use currently requires its own Moodle course at http://moodleschulung.univie.ac.at/. Observe the instructions provided in the context of the task associated with this app to enroll in the appropriate Moodle course. The login data are identical to your u: account.

A university-wide rollout is planned for 2021. The version presented here is a prototype that is intended to collect first impressions of the use of flash cards in university teaching.
