* Create a collaborative session: During a video call invite up to four specialists to help you solve a problem, all using one single virtual room. Also, every user can use their preferred device.
* Make precise pointing: Clearly point out what and where is the problem just by using your mouse to give exactly the support needed.
* Draw and make annotations over the video: When providing support, it is also possible to freeze the image to improve the precision of the annotations and drawings during a video call.
* Make annotations over shared images: You can explain yourself better by drawing or adding symbols over shared images.
* Share snapshots: Take a snapshot during a video call of what you are seeing and send it to the specialist to get a better explanation by using annotations.
