This server distributes by default all video, photo, music and eBooks (including pdf) to clients on WiFi network and on Internet.
All you need on the client side is a web browser with the HML5 and Javascript support, but you don't have to code the HTML or Javascript by yourself, all is done by the application. The server adapts itself automatically to network changes.
When the server is started, it runs in the background as an Android service, and your screen is free to run other applications.
This application can thus be used for sharing your video, music, photos and pdf with all devices which have a web browser.
You can select on the web page multiple files for playing sequentially or at random. The videos and audios are played through a javascript with video and audio html5 tags,
and photos are shown with a delay of three seconds. Reading pdf files works great with most of the current browsers.
In this way you can share your favorite videos, photos, and music with friends and family, on your home network or securely over Internet.

You can start this server directly without configuring it, but it looks better to set up the server name and the font size, and before using Internet, you should define usernames and passwords.
You can easily export your data on Internet from your Wifi network but, for this, you have to define a port alias on your gateway as explained in the included documentation.

You can write comments with emoticons everywhere on the web page. Only the writer of a comment and the administrators can delete it. The files can be set in categories to be distributed in shorter lists for specific users.
You can give details on your photos ,videos,... in the comments, and the users can write what they think about it.

The user interface and the documentation are usable in many languages, and the language setting can be modified dynamically.
By default this application uses the Android system language but you can use any of the languages, all user interfaces are configured dynamically including the Web page.

You can also start and stop a WiFi hotspot clicking on the top right icon of the server window , but it does not work on all devices. This functionality requires the WRITE_SETTINGS permission. Clicking on the same icon on your other devices permits to connect to a WiFi network dynamically. The password has only to be given the first time.
