The TALENTA portal has many advantages, compared to existing online psychological testing services or the desktop version of psychological testing software. When compared with online psychological testing that is spread nowadays (even for free), which is made carelessly, the psychological test tool is simply presented to the public (general) without any control, thus affecting the validity and reliability of the test equipment, the results cannot be justified.
Likewise, when compared with test software (desktop version), the advantages of TALENTA cannot be matched. The desktop version of the psychological test software performance is included (available) on the TALENTA Portal.
The TALENTA portal can be used by psychologists (or students who are in the psychology profession), or companies and agencies (who have psychologists or supervision from the TALENTA Portal psychologist).
Following is an explanation of the benefits of the TALENTA portal, as an online psychological test service:
Designed multi user. Online psychological test can be done online with the user (test taker) simultaneously without any limit on the number of users (test taker).
Access control. Admin (member) can control access to any test tool that can be seen by the user (test taker). Likewise with the results of the psychological test, test participants can be given access to see the test results or not, depending on the needs of the admin (member).
The secret of the test equipment is maintained. Because the control of the test tool is on the admin (user) so, the confidentiality of the test tool can be maintained. Test participants who have taken the online psychological test can be disabled to access the test equipment, so that they can only access it as needed.
Number of Online Psychological Tools. Currently, Papi Kostick, DISC, 16PF, EPPS, IST, CFIT, RMIB, MMPI and MBTI are available, and will increase as needed.
Custom test equipment. Our clients (prospective members or members) can ask the Portal TALENTA to custom (make as desired) the requested test equipment. Provided that test item builder items are available, how to score, along with sample reports (psychograms).
Data of Test Results Saved. The test participant's data is stored on the server, so it can be viewed at any time, and can be used as research material (validity and reliability) of the test equipment.
Website domain name. Website domains can be customized using company / agency domains, so it is more branded. But if the admin (member) does not have a domain, you can use the TALENTA Portal subdomain for free, with no time limit.
Servers and services. The server is centralized on our side (Portal TALENTA), so that it can provide the fastest service, according to the problem experienced by the admin (member).
Service purchase. The service is purchased once, with an unlimited active period.
