Most Likely To has 2 different game variations.

Variation 1:
Take turns passing the phone around and when it's your turn read out loud the statement. Then count out loud down to 3 and then everyone points to the person they think the statement suits best. The person who is has the most fingers pointed at them has to do a forfeit, commonly take a drink (if of the legal age).

Variation 2:
Take turns passing the phone around and when it's your turn point to the person you think the statement suits best. The person chosen can do a forfeit (e.g. take a drink if of the legal age) to find out what the statement was.
