Skolio is your companion that supports you in your daily scoliosis exercises.

You can create your individual training plan by storing exercises yourself or by choosing from a large number of existing exercises. During the exercise, you can be accompanied and motivated by a sound recording.

To give you an overview of your progress and your routine, Skolio gives you an overview of how much you have already trained and reminds you of your next training session. Skolio was carefully created with the support of an experienced physiotherapist with many years of experience in the treatment of scoliosis.

Please note: Every back is individual and everyone has to do the exercises a little differently. We therefore recommend using Skolio only after consultation with a doctor or physiotherapist. Please always pay attention to your individual needs and always ask your doctor or physiotherapist if you are unsure.
