The “Here has help” application was developed by the Secretariat for Social Protection, Justice, Citizenship, Women and Human Rights (SPS) to provide easy and quick access to actions and services in the State of Ceará, providing help to people in problematic use of drugs, their families and various actors and contributors to drug policies in the state.

The challenge of addressing issues related to drug use problems in Ceará requires effective responses from the Government and society, which include actions related to health promotion, awareness and information on the consequences of the use of alcohol and other drugs, availability of care services, assistance network information, studies and research.

In the application “Here is help” there is information about the Executive Secretariat for Drug Policy (Sexec. Drogas), its lines of action (prevention, guidance and support network, Municipal Drug Policy Councils, Permanent Education, Studies and Research) , in addition to legislation on drug policies and information on where to get help in the state of Ceará.

With this tool, the possibility of disseminating information to citizens about prevention of problems related to drug use, ways of care, support, guidance, reception, care and qualification is expanded, as well as addresses and telephone numbers of equipment aimed at drug policies such as : Psychosocial Care Center - CAPS, Social Assistance Reference Center - CRAS, Specialized Social Assistance Reference Center - CREAS, Guardianship Councils of 184 municipalities in Ceará.
