Amongst the chefs that have worked with the brand are: Cyril Lignac, Jean-François Piège, Thierry Marx, Joël Robuchon, Kei Kobayashi, Anne-Sophie Pic, Mauro Colagreco, and, in 2020, Grégory Marchand.
