It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

DingDong application is an application developed to serve the collection staff / postman (collectively referred to as the Postal Service) of Vietnam Post Corporation (Vietnam Post) to use when collecting / delivering goods. .
Each postman will be given an account by Vietnam Post to log in to the application. The application automatically synchronizes the collection / delivery requests from the PackNsend system so that the Postman can collect / deliver goods and update the collection / delivery results, debating the debt on PayPost's collection system.
