Welcome to Tjugga's sleep meditation universe, created with a desire to create peace for children.

In the app you will find both audio meditations and soothing videos. You can read more about how you can easily use the meditations and videos under "introduction" in the app.

The videos focus on the sensual, close and loving. Through the videos, the child gets the opportunity to sit back in your arms, or cuddle with the duvet and experience soothing and slow nature shots with the Night Bear Tjugga and other lovely animals. In the videos, there are no conflicts, drama or quick shifts, your child should have the opportunity to completely relax and give in to calm without keeping track of any action.

The videos can be used to create calm, on top of a long day, and are not intended as cuddling, as we do not recommend a screen in connection with bedtime, however, the videos can easily be used as part of the evening ritual, where cuddling is done afterwards and there can be listened to sleep meditations.

The app can be used in airplane mode when audio and video are downloaded into the app, so you can listen undisturbed. The app can play via Bluetooth if you want to use a speaker.

The videos in the app can also be cromecast so that the videos can be experienced on a larger screen.

In the sound meditations, there are both guided dream journeys, but also instrumental without speak, depending on what your child needs. There are both body scans, rest time, awakening meditation and sleep meditations. Both Natbjørnen Tjugga and Ræven Sally, help your child to let go of the day in a calm, loving and gentle way.

Tjugga and Sally are not a substitute for mother / father / caregiver when it comes to putting, but are a tool that can help create calm around the putting.

Both audio and videos are aimed at children of all ages.

Tjugga and Sally are created by Emilie Melgaard Jacobsen, who is a children's book author and educator. Together with Daniel Melgaard Jacobsen, they have created an app and webshop, with a desire to help other families with children like themselves, to create more peace and presence at home.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PRICE:
- Subscribe in the app and access all audio meditations and videos. NOK 35 per month and NOK 89 for three months.
- The subscription is linked to your Google Play account and will be debited as soon as you confirm your purchase.
- You can manage your subscription in the Google Play App under subscriptions, here you can see the status, cancel or change your subscription.
- When you cancel a subscription, all future payments will stop, but the payment for the current month will not be refunded.
