Once the report is Finalised an auto email is sent to the Tenants who have not signed. They read and sign the report in moments, no download, signup or login required. Once signed the report is updated in moments with the new signature being added to all pages and the Tenant Declaration states “Report Remotely Signed On DATE & TIME".
