In this post, I am going to show you how to install weeWallet on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install weeWallet using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "weeWallet" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

The weeWallet is a very secure application and private to the user's specific device. The application holds a Private key which is not communicated on any servers or any other location. In case your device is stolen or misplaced no one can find your private key without your password or your master recovery phrases. It's a very secure and reliable solution.
Application security is enhanced by adding passwords to your wallet so no one can get inside you wallet app. You need to remember your password and if you forget your password you still have a set of master recovery phrases which can be used to recover your wallet, these are displayed while creating your account. NOTE: If your device is lost, the recovery phrases are the only way you can recover your wallet and the tokens it holds. weeGroup cannot recover your tokens if you do not posess your recovery phrases. This is to ensure your privacy and absolute ownership of your tokens.
The safest recommended method for backing up your recovery phrases is to write them down on paper and keep them in a safe place. You just never transmit these phrases online as they act as a global password even if you forgot your password or lost your device.
