Open Clock Vault and press the button in the middle of the clock. Set the time to 10:10 by moving the hour and minute. Press the button in the middle of the clock. It will send the password to your registered email.

4- App Locker and Clock Vault passwords are the same?
No, both are different. Clock vault password is set through clock needles and only used to open this app. App locker password is either Patter, PIN code or fingerprint lock and is used to open other locked apps on your phone.
