1st Response was designed with countering emergencies in mind. It satisfies the following needs should any emergency befall you –
• It auto populates the correct emergency numbers in whichever country you are visiting or located at. There is no need to search for the correct numbers as SECONDS COUNT. Did you know the emergency number for Australia is “000”?
• Through SMS and/or emails, it informs your emergency contacts that an emergency has befallen you.
• Informs them with your geographical location, the local emergency number, your country’s embassy details (if you are overseas or working or studying in that country) and the addresses of places you normally visit if you activate the app near/at that location.
• The addresses are very important as many people stay in high rise buildings. So with this data, we are increasing the possibilities of the emergency service providers to locate you fast.
• We teach your emergency contacts how to locate and inform the relevant authorities about your situation.
• Landlines and mobiles cannot call overseas emergency numbers directly, so we teach your emergency contacts how and what to do.
• Upon activation, your emergency contacts can track your location. This enables to check on your whereabouts and which hospital/police station you finally end up in.
• If you are unable to speak, there will be an auto message/alarm that will keep on playing on your mobile to ask any passers-by for help.
• It will show your data on your phone. Medical information and allergies will be clearly shown on your profile page.
• It has a, “I cannot speak” feature, and this helps people who are unable to speak but requires assistance. We build this with the Deaf and Speech impaired people and those who might suffer from a sudden heart attack in mind.
• So with a few press of the screen, you are assured that help is on the way.

To access these features in the App require you to accept our terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
