Step By Step Guide To Install ZACA ALERT using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

The application helps users to recognize the area of incidence of the ZACA regulation by warning about the entry of the vehicle in this area. It is recommended to use devices that support Android 9 or Android 10.

Since the beginning of 2020, everyone traveling with polluting cars in Bucharest must buy the Oxygen vignette. The rates of the Oxygen vignette are different depending on the pollution norm. The highest rate will be paid by drivers who have Non Euro cars, the fee for them being 1,900 lei per year. The vignette can be purchased for a minimum period of one day (15 lei for non Euro cars and 5 lei for Euro 4), up to a maximum of one year.
Exceptions from the payment of the vignette are electric and hybrid vehicles, those on two wheels, those specially adapted for people with disabilities, those destined for radio and TV transmissions or those owned or used by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of National Defense, the Romanian Intelligence Service, Special Telecommunications Service, National Penitentiary Administration, National Tax Administration Agency, Ambulance Service or Legal Medicine, civil protection, public service vehicles of prosecutors from the Public Ministry, community public services for emergency situations, National Red Cross Society , the ambulance services, the Transport Society of Bucharest, those used in the communication routes and the urban networks, the historical ones and those provided as being exempted by the international agreements and treaties to which Romania is a party.
From 1 January 2020, the Oxygen vignette must be paid for by the cars (the maximum authorized total mass under five tons) Euro 3, regardless of where it runs in Bucharest, from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 22:00, except for public holidays .
For cars with non-Euro pollution norm, Euro 1, Euro 2 Oxygen vignette must be paid for the circulation on most arteries in Bucharest, from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 22:00 (not for legal holidays), with except for the ZACA area, where they have prohibited access, even if they have a vignette.
For Euro 4 cars, the ruling states that the Oxygen vignette will have to be paid from 2021, regardless of where they want to travel in the Capital.
