If you have an Android TV and a Sonos PlayBar connected via Optical cable this might be the app for you.

From my experience the Sonos PlayBar Volume is completely separate from the TV volume, sure it can be configured to respond to the infrared of the remote but the volume displayed on the TV is completely disconnected from the volume of the Sonos.

This app fixes this. When the TV volume changes it sends a command to your Sonos to update that volume.

Every TV is different so please, if you try the app and it works for you please let us know so we can add your TV model to the list of known devices. Thank you!

Confirmed working on the following devices
---
Sony KD55AG9
Sony XBR65X900H (X900H)
Sony X85G
Sony XH85
Sony Bravia X900
TCL 58" P635

One user has confirmed the app also works with the Sonos Ray but your mileage may vary.
