"Bus Direct" is an easy, fast and convenient way to get around by bus on demand. It is a shared bus travel app that collects you and other passengers and takes you to your destinations.
Booking a trip is very easy, just follow these steps:

• Download the Bus Direct app and complete your registration (in this link we show you how to register: bit.ly/30NrUGB)
• Select the origin / destination through our innovative search engine. You have 3 ways to do it: selecting a point on the map, searching for a bus stop (we will show you the line number) or selecting it from your own favorites.
• Now you only have to select the day and time you want us to pick you up, and if you are going to be accompanied. Remember that you can book this service from 2 hours before and up to 7 days in advance! (If you need help with the reservation, check out the following link: bit.ly/2Yd1Nas).
• Before the bus comes to pick you up, we will notify you in advance through a notification on your mobile.
• When the time comes, you only have to worry about being at the stop, we take care of the rest. (Note: The payment of the ticket will be made when accessing the bus through the payment systems provided by the operator).

- If it is still not clear to you, do not worry, here below we explain the detailed reservation process:

• Open the application and log in with your username, email and password (the one provided at registration). If you do not have a user, registering is very simple from the application itself)
• Activate the GPS to offer you a full user experience.
• On the main screen, indicate your origin. There is a search engine that helps you directly find the bus stop.
• On the next screen that appears, indicate the destination. Just like selecting the origin, you can use the stop search engine to find the destination stop.
• Attention !, You must select the stops that are in the same direction of the trip.
• In the next step, the system will calculate the closest origin or destination stops or use the stops you have selected in the stop search engine. If the trip fits you, you simply have to continue the process.
• Reserve the time and number of passengers. The reservation hours provided by the app are the hours that the bus passes through the selected stops. The system will tell you if the trip exists with the combination of previously entered data.
• If not successful, try modifying the time or day. The application will check the existing availability of transportation for the requested origin and destination stops and so you can make the trip reservation. Remember that you can book this service from 2 hours before and up to 7 days in advance.
• Next, the process will indicate the cost of the trip and if you want to book it.
• Once the reservation is made, a confirmation ticket is generated that you can consult in the ‘My trips’ section of the main menu.
• When the transport is near the collection stop, we will notify you with a notification so that you go to the meeting place. If the bus is late, don't worry, we will let you know too!
