Jogja Pass is a platform that can be used to carry out Covid-19 Self Screening as well as Digital Identity for people in the Special Region of Yogyakarta to enter public open areas, such as offices, shopping centers, tourist attractions and other public areas.

Jogja Pass can optimize the prevention of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak because it will increase discipline of social restrictions and facilitate decision making for the government in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Jogja Pass was developed by the Kominfo Yogyakarta Special Region Provincial Government.

The Jogja Pass application provides the latest data and visualizations regarding the prevention of disease spread in D.I Yogyakarta through various features such as:

Self Screening
Get a diagnosis of your health complaint with the help of the Jogja Pass self-screening feature.

Get a diagnosis of risk of exposure by filling out the risk assessment form on the Jogja Pass which complies with the standards of WHO and the Ministry of Health.

Digital Health Passport (QR Code)

Log Data

We want to inform you that when using the Jogja Pass service, we collect data and information from your cellphone called Log Data which aims to analyze trends, track errors in the application and collect demographic information.

This Log Data collects standard information through third party services, namely: Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name and model, operating system version, application settings when using services, time and date of service usage and other statistics.

Log Data for Contact Tracing

If you agree to share your location, we will collect data and information from your cellphone for the purpose of tracking user movements.

The data collected through the application are:

Location in the form of latitude and longitude and time when you are at the location periodically if you agree to share your location.

This data is only used by the government for contact tracing needs where the data to be accessed is data whose health status has been determined to be ODP / PDP / Positive by the government.
