ICNL (International Center for Not-for-profit Law, International Center for Non-Profit
Rights) is an international expert organization specializing in
providing technical assistance on issues of improving legal regulation
activities of civil society organizations (CSOs) and civic participation in
making decisions. ICNL operates worldwide in
cooperation with government bodies, non-profit organizations (NPOs) and
other interested parties.
ICNL in the Kyrgyz Republic collaborates with government agencies and CSOs in
in order to improve the conditions for the development of civil society. ICNL's Activities
The Kyrgyz Republic is carried out in the following directions:
• Identification of the main participants in the reform of the legal environment and their priorities;
• Increased interest and knowledge of local partners about the essence and process
reforms through educational activities, international cooperation and
other initiatives;
• Conducting research to create an analytical base for
reform;
• Providing advisory support during preparation and review
bills (for example, conducting comparative, legal analyzes and
