Deck of cards - Players
Playing Phom, also known as hitting Ta la, is a game using a 52-card deck of cards.
According to the rule of Phom, the maximum number of players for each table is 4 and a minimum of 2 people.

Terms in the game:
Phỏm: A set of 3 or more cards of the same suit and number or a set of 3 or more cards of the same suit.
Spam: The odd cards do not belong to any Phom.
Venom: Cards left over after giving to players.
MOM: At the end of the game, the player who does not defeat any PHOM is called MOM.
Uui: When all 9 cards are phem and no longer junk.
Deal: Take first hand from the last hand.
Re: After playing cards, if a person has a card in the table, the dealt cards will be moved and you are allowed to play one more turn.
Post: At the last turn, if your trash card can be accepted into the Phop of players who have already dealt, you can Send that junk card. Cards sent will not be graded at the end of the game.
How to play Phom:
At the beginning of a game of Phom Ta Ta, the first player to play will be dealt 10 cards, the rest to be dealt 9 cards. All extra cards are placed in the middle of the table, called the Venom.
The first player to play a card. The next player will take that card if it suits the existing cards that make Phom.
If the person next to that card has to draw a card in Venom.
After playing cards / drawing cards, the player must play a card. Keep going like that until the end of the round.
According to the rule of Phom, the game will end when there is an unplayer in the table. If there is nobody on the table, after 4 rounds, the game will end.
At the end of the turn, the player must take down all of the Chips they have, then send cards that can be sent to the Pheat of the players who have dealt the cards before hitting the last card. The remaining cards will be retained to calculate points at the end of the game.
The method of calculating points in the Phom rule:
If a table player has a Buzz, the game will end.
After 4 rounds of play, if no one has a Buzz, the remaining junk cards will get points to calculate the win - lose. The one with the least points in the table will be the winner.
The number of points in each card is the number on that card, only the cards A, J, Q, and K will be scored 1, 11, 12, and 13 respectively.
In the case of an equal score, the person who dealt first will lose.
The player who has been defeated (not defeated by Phom) will be counted as a bum.
